thanks for the post. Exactly what I was looking for. There is not much to find about handling multi-project teams and the product backlog. 
My first idea was similar. We had built one big company backlog board(Projects from top -&gt; bottom and Sprints left -&gt; right) which was very unclear to look at.  
Many small product backlog lists will give us a better overview I think so thanks again.
